Any request for extra payment must be reported immediately to Skyworld management. Strict action, including termination, will be taken against those involved.
In case of unauthorized charges, a full investigation will be conducted, and refunds will be ensured before candidate departure.
Candidates are briefed multiple times by senior management about free recruitment policies and how to identify and report exploitation.
Skyworld follows strict ethical recruitment practices to ensure fairness and authenticity.
Interviews are conducted only at Skyworld-owned and operated locations.
Any third-party venue requires prior approval from top management.
Only authorized Skyworld staff are allowed inside interview and testing areas.
Skyworld strictly does not engage with sub-agents or third-party recruiters.
For free recruitment drives, a “FREE RECRUITMENT” notice will be prominently displayed in English and local languages.
Candidates will be informed at least three times that the recruitment is free of cost.
All employees interacting with candidates must carry and display official ID cards at all times.
