This policy applies to all individuals associated with Skyworld, including:
Permanent and temporary employees
Trainees and interns
Consultants, contractors, and agency staff
Any other individuals engaged with the organization, regardless of role or designation
Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome act or behavior of a sexual nature, whether direct or implied, including but not limited to:
Physical contact and advances
Demand or request for sexual favors
Sexually colored remarks
Showing or sharing inappropriate content (including pornography)
Any other unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature
At Skyworld, we are committed to maintaining a work environment where every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and equality. Sexual harassment in any form will not be tolerated, and strict action will be taken against anyone found violating this policy.
Filing a Complaint: Any individual who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment is encouraged to report the incident in writing to the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) within three months of the occurrence.
Inquiry Process: The ICC will conduct a fair, prompt, and confidential investigation.
Decision & Action: Based on the findings, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against the respondent.
Actions may include, but are not limited to:
Written apology
Formal warning
Withholding of promotion or benefits
Termination of employment
Legal action, if required
Skyworld strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports sexual harassment or participates in an investigation. Any such act will be treated as a serious violation and will result in disciplinary action.
Skyworld will conduct regular training and awareness programs to educate employees about sexual harassment prevention, rights, and responsibilities under this policy.
